Insurance

Most insurance plans offer some form of chiropractic coverage. As a courtsey, our office will verify your insurance coverage and discuss them with you.

Since there are many different plans and coverage varies widely, we ask that all patients to provide us with the required information so we may verify these specific benefits as soon as possible prior to your appointment with Dr. Frost. Dr. Frost is an IN-NETWORK provider for the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Anthem
  • Cigna (excluding policies affiliated with American Speciality Health ASH)
  • Aetna
  • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
  • Tufts
  • United Health Care (excluding policies affiliated with American Speciality Health ASH)
  • Medicare
  • Mass Health (standard, basic)

Medicare Patients: Patients who have Medicare as their primary insurance and who do not have secondary insurance will be responsible for the co-insurance payment at the time of services. (This will not include your $150 annual Medicare deductible).

*If you do not see your insurance company listed above no worries! For those who have very limiting coverage or no coverage at all, our office offers affordable wellness packages and a membership to best fit your health needs.

 

Payments

All payments are to be made during your time of visit. This includes any co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and services your insurance company may not cover.  Patients with any outstanding balances that are past due will not be scheduled or seen and may be terminated from the practice if the balance is not addressed.
